    I’m OK with blue cheese in salad dressing, but I had to overcome the experience of working at a Sizzler and seeing how they made it.
    The dressing, that is, not the cheese.
    It was only off-putting because they made a lot of it at once, and you had to mix it up with your hands in this thing that looked like a white plastic garbage can, and it got all over your arms in the process.
    I would imagine they make it in a big mixer now to avoid having the employees actually touch it like that, but if so, it’s probably not as good because the consistency wouldn’t be right.
    And before you vow to never eat at a Sizzler again, this was in the late seventies….
